Dubbed the ‘Gay Cheers’
A staple of the community since 1975, our team and patrons adoringly refer to the Avenue Pub as the ‘gay Cheers’. We create a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for everyone. Gay, straight, age, ethnicity–everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile.
Our pub was named one of Yelp's Top 100 LGBTQ bars in U.S. Deservedly so–the pub was a safe place in the community in a time where there often wasn’t. And we cheers to that.
